VerenA at the seed trade day: dialogue and progress in the name of sustainability

The main collection period of the VerenA-SYSTEM is currently very successful and continues to receive widespread approval in the agricultural sector. To expand its reach and gain new insights, VerenA, the return and recycling system for used, licensed, and emptied FIBCs (Big Bags) used for non-hazardous substances from the agricultural sector, showcased its presence at this year's seed trade day in Magdeburg from May 14 to 15. As a leading meeting point for the seed trade industry, the event provided VerenA with an ideal platform to discuss sustainable solutions in the seed trade and present the take-back system to a wide professional audience.

The dialogue with experts from the fields of seed propagation, breeding, and trade was characterized by constructive discussions and a shared interest in environmentally friendly innovations. The event not only served as a platform for presenting VerenA but also facilitated exchanges on current challenges and advancements in the seed trade. Participation in specialist lectures and panel discussions provided insights into new trends and underscored the importance of sustainability across the entire industry.

The positive feedback on the VerenA-SYSTEM and the discussions on sustainable practices reflect the spirit of the seed trade day and highlight the growing importance of sustainability in agriculture. VerenA extends heartfelt thanks to the organizers of the day for an excellent event and to all participants for their commitment and openness to sustainable approaches. Special thanks also go to the professional associations supporting VerenA:

The conversations and contacts made during the Seed Trade Day contribute to the further development of the VerenA SYSTEM and the promotion of sustainable agriculture. In this context, VerenA is seeking additional agricultural trading locations throughout Germany to serve as collection points and partners, offering short and easy ways for the return of empty, licensed Big Bags. We look forward to being contacted via email at verena-recycling(at)rigk.de or by phone at +49 800 3086005.
